Description
- Typically he will monitor Aluminum production department.
- Developing production schedule and duty assignments with control and implementation.
- Supervising and monitoring to production related subordinate to full fill production target.
- Manage human and materials resources to meet production target.
- Set and manage production budget.
- Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, sales & marketing, distribution and management.
- Conduct employee performance reviews.
- Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Ensure a clean and safety working environment, compliance with health and safety legislation for personnel safety.
- Develop new ways to use resources (Human, Material, Capital etc).
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor in Engineering (B.Engr.) in Metallurgical or Mechanical
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ability to Work Under Pressure, good communication skill, Maintenance, Production
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 45 years
