Description

To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, documents and dispatch them to concerned end by keeping records
To be responsible for receiving clients, visitors, guests and attended on required and maintain records
Greet, guide to concerned desk and keep track of the visitors
To be responsible for filing & documentation related to front desk operation
Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information and make community referrals and direct calls to staff members
Make sales call as per direction of sales department
Send all visitors with visitor cards, register the card number and must collect back the same
Any other task as per the instruction of Management

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Graduate in any discipline
