Position: Proposal Development Specialist (part time position)

Workstation: Avayaa HQ Dhaka & remote

Job Desc:

• Responsible for development of external funding proposals including preparation, submission, acceptance, and administration; investigates and answers questions from external donors & researchers.
• Provides analysis and research for proposal-relevant strategic initiatives.
• Responsible to look after suitable opportunities for external funding to local and international donor agencies and corporates.
• Responsible content for workshops, web-based materials for website and social media, tailored presentations for external funding to donor agencies and corporates.

Job Specification:

• Bachelors or Masters in Education/ Development Studies/Economics/Business Administration (preferably O/A Level background).

Required

• 3 years in proposal and/or research writing or related experience

Preferred

• Experience in a higher education research setting
• Experience with private, state and/or federal granting agencies and an understanding of the policies and procedures of external granting agencies
