সঞ্চয় ও কিস্তি আদায় ও ঋণ বিতরণ করা;
হিসাবপত্র (পাশ বই, লেজার, কালেকশনশীট, ভলিউম রেজিষ্টার) হালনাগাদ রাখা;
রিপোর্টিংসহ ঋণ কর্মসূচির সকল কাজ সম্পাদন করা;
কমপক্ষে ৩০০-৩৫০ জন সদস্য পরিচালনা করা।

Educational Qualification:

স্নাতক/এইচএসসি।(অভিজ্ঞ/অনভিজ্ঞ)।

Additional Requirements

বয়স সর্বোচ্চ ৩০ বছর;
পুরুষ/মহিলা উভয় প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করতে পারবেন;
ঋণ কর্মসূচিতে অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে তবে অনভিজ্ঞ প্রাথীরাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন;
কম্পিউটার-এ এমএস ওয়ার্ড এবং এমএস এক্সেল জানা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে;
দৈনন্দিন কর্মদায়িত্ব পালনে অবশ্যই বাই-সাইকেল ব্যবহার করতে হবে;
সংস্থার যেকোন কর্মএলাকায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে;
কর্মদক্ষতার উপর দ্রুত পদোন্নতির সুযোগ রয়েছে।

Salary

স্নাতক পাস প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষানবীশকাল মাসিক বেতন সর্বসাকূল্যে ১৫,০০০/- (পনের হাজার মাত্র) টাকা এবং এইচএসসি পাস প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে ১৩,৫০০/- (তের হাজার পাঁচশত মাত্র) টাকা। ঋণ কর্মসূচি বাস্তবায়নে অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের দ্রুত পদোন্নতি এবং আর্থিক সুবিধা/প্রনোদনা প্রাপ্তির সুযোগ রয়েছে।
