Description
- Day to day sales & Collection data preparation for board of directors and ensure instant booking at Oracle EBS (ERP developed by Oracle corporation USA).
- Day to Day Sales outlet F&A monitoring.
- Efficient way of Fund management from Sales Outlet of DBL Ceramics Ltd.
- Monthly financial preparation of Sales outlet and daily Inventory monitoring.
- Overall F&A responsibility of display center in different and outlets such as Treasury management, fixed asset management, Inventory management, monthly expenses booking at Oracle and business software accordingly.
- Day to day data updates and calculation for dealer’s commission, Breakage commission and incentive, Financial impact of various campaign and others
- Disbursement of dealer’s commission, Breakage commission and incentive, various campaign.
- Ensure dealers befits TDS and VDS deposited to Bangladesh Bank on time and issuing certificates and circulations.
- Dealer wise Bank Guarantee maintain, taken conformation from respective issuing banks, preserve blank cheque and day to day Bank Guarantee expire information update given to sales Team about their credit limits.
- Day to day cash and cheque handling and ensure on time deposited to Bank.
- Assist Group Treasury team to ensure monthly closure of Bank reconciliation.
- Develop and update business processes to ensure efficient operations embedding internal controls.
- Day to Day and Monthly Sales and AR reconciliation completed and ensure proper booking in ERP System.
- Assist GM Finance with various analysis and data to prepare different Incentives and promotions.
- Feasibility analysis given to GM Finance to implement any new outlets and displayed center.
- Annual Advertisement and Promotions (A&P) budget preparation with MKT team. Monthly monitoring and ensure provision booking at ERP system.
- Daily and monthly Sales Mix report, Sales Growth, sales trend, SKU wise sales probability, dealer wise lifting report given to GM Finance for sales drive.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA/ Masters in Finance/ Accounts from any reputed university.
- 3rd division/class/CGPA below 2.0 in academic examinations will not be considered.
Experience Requirements
- At least 8 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

- Both males and females are allowed to apply

- Dealer management and accounts Receivable monitoring with different analysis, various sales promotional program design and follow up of it’s implementation.
- Credit Control.
- Minimum 8-10 years experience under finance and accounting-FMCG & Trading Business through dealer channel.
- Experience in ERP environment, particularly in the Oracle Accounting Software.
- Strong computer skills, particularly MS word, Excel.
- Good communication skills, both in written and oral.
