DUTCH BANGLA PACK LTD. (DBPL) is a Netherlands-Bangladesh joint-venture, established in 2007, and is the leading producer and exporter of FIBCs (big bags) in Bangladesh. DBPL caters to some of the foremost food and pharmaceuticals companies in the world. We intend to recruit a Head of Quality of Control and Assurance, who shall be leading the Quality team of DBPL.

Description
1) Establish quality and reliability standards by studying product and consumer requirements with other members of management and with production operators, technicians, and engineers.
2) Maintain product quality by enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures and government requirements; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs and manufacturing and training methods.
3) Maintains quality team’s performance by coaching and counseling employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Educational Qualification:
BSc Engineering/Masters in any discipline.
Experience:
4 Years (Minimum) in a managerial role for quality control and assurance.
Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite.
Previous experience in Pharmaceuticals or food manufacturing is highly preferred.
Job location: Dutch-Bangla Pack Ltd. factory site, Gazaria, Munshiganj.
