Description

Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity of the entire production by ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
Must have adequate knowledge to run a 70,000 spindles mills independently.
Lead and implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Exhibit knowledge of layout planning, production process management while maintaining production schedule to adhere to shipment timelines.
Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement as well as facilitate procurement of compatible equipment and machinery.
Control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
Ensure production of quality yarns.
Lead safety, quality and compliance activities to ensure zero NC.
Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Any other responsibility assigned by Top Management as per company requirement.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University (Public University will get preferences).

Additional Requirements

Age 40 to 50 years

At least 15 years working experiences in production and quality control of OE Spinning Mills, out of which at least 3 years’ experience should be in senior position.
Strong leadership capability, self-driven & team building efficiency.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong technical knowledge on Spinning Mills.
Detail knowledge on Production, Shipment planning and Manpower estimation.
Knowledge of Internet & E-mail and other MS office programs.
Knowledge of labour laws and other applicable statutory compliance.
