Description

Develop, improve and customize formulation, SOP, Equipment’s, product, methods and process regarding proper dyeing and washing of fabrics.
Monitor and ensure immediate support in any unit for the Chemical Testing, Fabric Testing, Washing issue, process improvement, Cost reduce etc.
Ability to maintain Google Drive: Wash Kaizen, Use of Ideal Stoke Chemicals, Chemical Test Report preparing, Technical Issue Box, D8, Wash PDCA etc.
Prepare and preserve documents regarding technical and test reports of chemicals, dyeing/ washing reports etc.
Prepare Specification of useable chemicals, raw materials etc.
Analyze chemicals, raw materials and prepare test solution, compounds and reagents for conducting test.
Maintaining laboratory instruments, troubleshooting and malfunctions.
Evaluate existing dyeing and washing procedure with respect to chemistry background and design a proper method.
Ensure compliance with laboratory health and safety guidelines.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Engineering
