• Design, build, maintain and grow our social media presence (remember we are a startup)
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns that promotes our products and brand on all online platforms.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and think creatively to develop innovative plans and strategies that make leads/customers.
• Need to know graphics designing. Canva is fine, Illustrator knowledge is preferred.
• Should have knowledge and experience about paid promotions, SMS marketing, email marketing etc.
• Analyze and write content for SEO and social networking accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
• Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, social media, Blog, Website & Email etc. to increase company and brand awareness and lead generation.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining digital marketing calendar archive and maintaining content databases (Photos, social media posts, designs, write-ups, other promotional materials, etc.).
• Create original content in both Bangla and English (must be fluent in both)
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
• Prepare operational newsletters and persuasive email marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends
