Description
- Implement Sales and Marketing strategy as per company policy.
- Drive & Motivate the sales team to achieve the Yearly Target.
- Responsible for National trade market and distribution.
- Capability of creating and appointing dealer across the country.
- Excellent interpersonal relation to retain existing customers and for consistent revenue growth.
- Routine/Randomly Customer and client visit across the country.
- Generate daily, monthly and quarterly reports for monitoring the sales & collection
- Execute annual business plan using gained experience.
- Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Prepare all the sales related policies with the help of concern department.
- Frequent presentation is required related to sales with top management.
- Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: FMCG Sales & Marketing,Consumer Durables – Sales & Marketing
Employment Status: Full-time
