Team Leader (HR)
Description
- Maintains employee files and records. Updates staffing database and employee records. Works for Essential Records Reporting as per the Management guidance
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures and any other related task as and when required.
- Assist line manager in processing appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, final settlement and other related services
- Responsible for managing HR operations that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, staffing, Assigning & Directing work appraising performance, addressing complaints & resolving problems, ensuring job description.
- Maintain leave management system as per Organizational rules & regulations.
- Smoothly Manage Payroll System of the Organizational. Ensure Compensation/Benefits.
- Prepare / Issue office note, memo, notices, circulars, office orders, record & circulate the minutes to the respective personnel.
- Handling disciplinary matters, Grievance and counseling, improve employee motivation & worker engagement etc.
- Preparing different presentations, organization chart & HR related analysis.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
- Maintaining Human Relation Information System (HRIS).
- To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters/ MBA (Major in HR/Management) from any reputed University.
- PGD In HRM will be highly preferred.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO

- Age at most 38 years
- At least 5 years line job working experience.
- Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
- A good command of communication skills written and oral Bengali and English.
- Must have very good command over MS office application.
- Good interpersonal skills and leadership quality is much desired.
- Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
