Description
- Handle customer’s query about Samsung’s SW products
- Investigate and research for solutions required by Samsung’s customer
- Liaising with development team to gather and aggregate a solution
- Writing responses for Samsung’s customers in a clear and easily understandable manner
- Produce high-quality documentation/blogs/videos that meet applicable standards and are appropriate for its intended audience
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Minimum CGPA must be 3:00 out of 4.00 in Bachelor Degree with no 3rd class in any academic level
Employment Status: Full-time
Additional Requirements
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Minimum 2 years of technical content creating exposure (Published articles, Videos, blogs etc.)
- Proven working experience in technical writing (in English) of software documentation
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent investigation and research skill
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Hands-on experience in content creation tools (for example: graphics & Video recording/editing tools) will be an added advantage
