Description

Oversee overall Procurement activities, implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations, minimize wastage & achieve maximum cost savings.
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Receive & inspection of all indirect materials and make GRN through SAP.
Carrying out comparative analysis of available vendor offers and negotiate best possible offers for the company.
Market analysis and Sourcing potential suppliers, evaluate suppliers’ proposals through comparative study and prepare purchase orders
Negotiate with supplier to get the best possible price and volume discounts along with appropriate warranty.
Handling inventory and ensuring optimum inventory level to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the operation.
To ensure the specification, quality and quantity of the product according to a material requisition.
Preparing purchase report monthly / yearly as well as Maintain Data Base of procurement.
Maintain IDM store and Receipt Store.
