- উপরে বর্ণিত বেতনের সাথে ঢাকা বিভাগের জন্য ১,০০০ টাকা এবং চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগের জন্য ২,০০০ টাকা আরও অতিরিক্ত নগর ভাতা হিসাবে প্রদান করা হবে। এছাড়াও মোবাইল বিল ও মোটর সাইকেল বিল, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্রাচ্যুইটি, বছরে ২টি উৎসব বোনাস, কর্মীদের জন্য ফ্রি একক আবাসন সুবিধা এবং সংস্থার নিয়ম অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি প্রদান করা হবে। চাকুরীতে যোগদানের সময় ০১ মাসের মোট বেতনের সমপরিমাণ টাকা (ফেরতযোগ্য) জামানত প্রদান করতে হবে। শিক্ষানবীসকাল হবে ন্যূনতম ৬ মাস। শিক্ষানবীসকাল শেষে প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্রাচ্যুইটি ও অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি প্রদান করা হবে।
