Description

Develop and drive the HR strategy for the business which will effectively utilize the high level of potential of its human capital.

Be the decision-maker in terms of overall HR deliverables and be accountable for the entire gamut of HR, people, and talent development verticals.
Plan, organize, and execute all HR blueprints and deliverables in close synchronization with Group HR.
Design and develop the talent management strategy to harness capacity building.
Implement a well-designed, sustainable learning and development platform for the business in close consultation with departmental heads and Group HR.
Develop and launch a lucrative employee engagement mechanism that targets and aims to mitigate key HR challenges at the shop-floor level.
Align all KPIs and performance objectives towards the delivery of business plans and inculcate a performance-oriented culture.
Evaluate the current compensation and benefits structure and work in close collaboration with the finance department to propose a more lucrative incentive mechanism for the business.
Promote compliance, transparency, and equity in HR-related aspects.
Timely and accurate use of HR-related MI and analytics for decision making.
Engage effectively with all categories of employees, harnessing the synergies to aggressively drive the achievement of business goals.

The Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or an institute.

He/she should possess at least 12 years of experience in Human Resources, including 6 years of experience in a managerial role independently handling the HR spectrum of a business.
Furthermore, he/she should carry a strong sense of genuine passion towards people management and capacity building.
He/she should be an inspiring personality, an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, and have the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
