Description
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters, answering phone calls and take messages and greet visitors.
- Scheduling meetings arrange and handle all logistics for meetings and events, draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials, record meeting minutes, manage sophisticated calendar management
- Work closely with the Executive Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and following up appropriately.
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Executive Director. Plan and Booking travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as required
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Prepare memos, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Handle activities relating to renewal of passport and visa process
- Develop different types of invitation letter and greeting cards
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration or business management. Experience person with other discipline can also apply.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 5 years of experience of relevant work.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.
- Technical proficiency and problem-solving skills related to: IT infrastructure; IT support and troubleshooting; and cloud-based environments (web-based applications).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English & Bangla
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, CEO of other organizations, Government officials, Private sectors, donors, and funded partners.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
- Proactive approach to problem-solving

- Probation Period: BDT. 30,403/- after confirmation BDT. 33,210/-
Compensation & Other Benefits
- After Probationary period s/he will be eligible for city allowance, yearly increment, annual festival bonuses, contributory provident fund, Gratuity and other facilities as per Organization’s policy.
