Description

Responsible for all activities of Press Department. (Spare-parts planning, production & maintenance).
Responsible for maintaining store, inventory of spare-parts of press dept.
Planning of preventive/schedule maintenance of Press department.
Shall have sound knowledge about operation of Press & Dryer along with full responsibility of proper maintenance.
Shall be responsible for controlling of losses from Press dept., as Green Tile.
Shall perform the proper responsibility of control of gas consumption of the Dryer.
Shall be responsible for Men power handling of the section.
Shall also be responsible for maintenance of SMU, Ejector & SPE system.
Other concerned monitoring work and due responsibility as and when required.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 15 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ceramic Tiles Production
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic

Additional Requirements

Age 40 to 50 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Minimum 15 years working experience in PRESS in any Ceramic Tiles Manufacturing industry.
Must have proper experience with the manufacturing of Ceramic wall, floor polished glaze, vitrified, double charge and twin charge tiles.
Motivating and developing the subordinates.
Hard Working, Determination, Honest, Self-confident and Creative.
Identifying problems at the root level and developing efforts for possible solutions.
A quick learner with a positive attitude and excellent leadership skills.
The candidate should have profound knowledge of routine work in any multi-size Tiles Production & different types of Hydraulic Presses.
Shall possess profound Computer knowledge.
Must have good communication skills.
