Description

Oversees team of inventory or warehouse employees.
Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and
stock levels.
Evaluate deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory
control procedures.
Plan markdown and clearance of stock in due time
Ensure availability of the top sellers throughout the year
Replenishment of the stores stock
Ensure stock holding time not more than 6 months
Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems
and Storage
Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and
address personnel issues.
Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain
logistics.
Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and
logistical needs.
Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency
and personnel issues to upper management.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Develop and analyze systems that are to be used by the employees and the
managers of the company
Develop strategies that are to be used in implementation of software and
hardware systems in the organization
Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and make sure that all
the departments are functioning properly
Develop and manage staff to monitor technology staff and oversee policies
and procedures of the company
Look after the purchase of the software and hardware systems and plan
proper budget and quotations for the systems

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors/BBA in any discipline from any reputed university

Additional Requirements

Age at most 35 years
Proven track record and working experience
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively
To have the capacity to work logically and systematically
To have the capacity to ensure good time management and work with a Team
To be realistic and prompt to take decision and solve problems
To have excellent communication & presentation skills in English.
