Description

Contribute to implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission and goals and development of future strategy documents as needed.
Assist in donor scoping/mapping for the organization.
Meet all fundraising targets, timelines and income projections.
Develop public fundraising opportunities and activities.
Research, identify and manage small/mid/large donations from trusts, foundations, institutional funders, governments and statutory-making bodies, corporate and private donors.
Attract, build and develop relationships with new and existing corporate donors to secure long term and increased funding across a wide range of target markets.
Manage a mixed portfolio of funders to best practice standards, ensuring reporting deadlines are met, terms and conditions for grants are satisfied, grant income is collected efficiently when due and donor retention remains an ongoing priority.
Maintain and update database of fundraising contacts.
Contribute to promote and maintain UCEP Institute of Science & Technology, UIST’s social media marketing, print media advertisement and any task given related to marketing, advertisement, promotion from the management.
Assist organizing signing ceremonies and news coverage of contracts / MoUs as required.
Assist organizing various events for the purpose of fundraising, building and maintaining partnerships.
Assist the team in planning and utilizing yearly budgeting for fundraising in an efficient manner.
Assist in planning and hosting visits of current and prospective donors, partners and other stakeholders under the guidance from supervisor.
Assist in preparation and finalization of partnership concept notes/proposals, and timely approval from Principal and submission.
Assist drafting contracts/ MoUs and ensuring legal vetting for partnerships with inputs from all concerned departments.
Maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
Carry out other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when required, by maintaining all standard procedures of UCEP Bangladesh.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at most 35 years
Minimum 02 years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent command of communication skills both in Bangla and English.
Excellent computer operating skill & conversant with MS Office package.
Demonstrated experience in research and data analysis for a large organization, particularly using tech-based solutions.
Self-motivated, adaptable and team player.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
