Description

To assist project implementation.
Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities to achieve sales target.
To prepare market visit/route plan of sales team and closely monitor their activities.
To keep close contact with the field forces, encourage them to work with utmost sincerity, honesty and dedication, ensure disbursement of their incentives as per management declaration without delay.
To serve as a link between management and field forces by handling queries and resolving work.
Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers, or any other activities and provide strategic guideline for tapping new market.
To solve related problems as soon as possible. To physically visit the market and customers regularly.
To closely monitor products of competitors and take necessary measures in consultation with Management.
To give daily report to Managing Director/ Director/ Chief Executive Officer regarding all key activities.
Any other duty assigned by the authority.

Educational Qualification

B. Sc. Engineering or equivalent from a reputed public University.
MBA major in Marketing and Sales from any reputed public/ private University.

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 year(s) in project implementation and Sales.

Additional Requirements

Age not less than 40 years
At least 10 – 15 year(s) in Galvanised & Coloured CI sheet, Profile Sheet industries.
Especial priority will be given to those having technical, operational with Marketing and Sales knowledge in the field of corrugated iron sheet.
