Vacancy:

Description

Screening of all incoming and outgoing correspondences and initiating follow-up action including receiving calls and referring callers to appropriate employees.
Maintenance of front office and handling PABX systems.
Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
Mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching both incoming and outgoing.
Necessary logistic support providing as deemed appropriate employees.
Support Accounts & Sales Data Entry in ERP System & Excel.
Maintain cash book & other Ledger book.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Educational Qualification:

HSC/ Graduate from reputed public / private University.

Additional Requirements

Only females are allowed to apply
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Reception, Front Desk & Accounts.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have Best knowledge both Bangla & English
Must have very good command over MS office applications
