Receive customers vehicle and prepare job cards and inventory.
Diagnosis car to identify problems.
Estimate the vehicle repair cost and time needed for repairs.
Communicate with the Technician team for effective implementation.
Maintain vehicle service tracking software.
Communicate with supervisor, customer care and sales team for after-sales issues.
Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
Responsible for Mobile/ On call servicing for emergencies.
Dealing Hybrid vehicle customers and assist on problem identification & solution.
Any other activities instructed by line management.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma/ B.Sc in Automobile, Mechanical.
