Description

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Evaluate the loan portfolio of the company and prepare reports monthly or on-demand.
Analysis of the loan and bank finance with the bank statement.
Prepare monthly payment schedule and report to the senior management time to time.
Check/Remind and solve the loan and payment-related issue with the bank.
Works with senior staff to develop a strong pipeline of good quality opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Banks and other financial organizations.
Coordinate closely with Managing Director and prepare reports on demand.
Identify and evaluate the portfolio.
Collect and record all documents related to loan and SCM from the bank and all documents need to be stored properly.

Educational Qualification:

MBA or equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirements

4 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

At least 4-5 years experience in finance with a proven track record of sourcing,
structuring and closing investments
Knowledge of relevant industry sector trends, experience in emerging markets a plus
Strong financial and credit skills; demonstrated ability to structure a variety of financial
instruments (debt and equity)
Business development and client relationship skills, track record, and ability to focus on
clients need effectively
Ability to interact directly and independently with the senior management of potential
clients, of financial and technical partners as well as senior government officials
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bangla
Strong inter-personal skills, ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues from
various cultural backgrounds
Strong practical knowledge of loan calculation, financial tools, and formulas (e.g. goal seek, etc.)
Highly motivated, committed to the highest ethical standards.
