• Accountable for daily production and ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to the buyer’s quality requirements.
• Boost output while maximizing resource utilization and minimizing wasteful expenditures.
• Keep a close eye on hourly output and work to enhance productivity.
• Supervise the entire manufacturing process and prepare the necessary documentation in accordance with ISO standards.
• Maintaining product quality in accordance with customer and industry standards.
• Achieve production target as per production plan to meet deadline.
• In charge of improving the performance and skills of workers.
• Address bottlenecks and provide solutions.
• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of garment quality, as well as a thorough understanding of the complete manufacturing/Industrial Engineering & Quality Assurance Process in addition to new manufacturing techniques.
• Assess subordinate performance, disciplinary issues, and training requirements to improve production capabilities.
• Pursue 100 percent capacity utilization and waste reduction.
• Ensure the correct training of new joiners to maintain production capacity and quality.
• Increase efficiency and productivity by achieving all KPIs and ensuring factory compliance.
• Ensure that the company’s rules and procedures are adhered to.
• Ensure buyer audits meet the compliance and quality of operation and Local and international laws.
• Create and implement SOP for every level of manufacturing activity.
• Monitoring, leading and managing employees to guide them to achieve higher productivity as well as maintaining good relations with all staff and workers to ensure attendance.
