Vacancy:

Description

Provide all application tire 1 & tire 2 support.
Provide database support for all the application through SQL query.
Mange & track all user support and report on daily basis.
Improve regular user support.
User issue identification through code analysis.
Participate in inhouse system development. Preferred coding language is asp.net C# (Forms, MVC, MVC Core).
Designing and writing complex SQL\XML queries and building and managing test data.
Assist & perform user application testing.
Work on other associated tasks as required by a Project Manager and supervisor.
Follow established project or departmental review and approval processes, policies, guidelines, and standards for all work.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Preferably in Computer Science.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ASP.NET, C++programing, Microsoft SQL server
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, IT Enabled Service, Leasing, Software Company

Additional Requirements

The incumbent has the access to sensitive client related information. It is very important to strictly maintain confidentiality of the sensitive information.
The incumbent must have strong understanding of software support & development lifecycle.
The incumbent must be dedicated to the work he/she has been assigned from the Head of Business Transformation/ Supervisor in timely manner.
The incumbent needs to be well informed about all the applications that are developed or in process of development within BT.
The incumbent should have good knowledge of new development tools.
