Description

To manage & run a designated call team effectively & efficiently
Maintain the daily inbound and outbound calls.
Answer customer queries about products and services relating to the company.
Provide product information & taking feed back to the prospective clients.
Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to both internal and external customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skill.
Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query.
Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
Produce sales through phone call.
Any other responsibilities/ tasks as set by Company Management.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma Engineering in Automobile / Power.

Additional Requirements

Age 21 to 30 years
Only females are allowed to apply
Able to analyze problems and provide solution.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Negotiation skill.
Must have the mindset to work on holidays.
