Description

Prepare invoices, credit & cheque collection monitoring.
Day to Day Company cash book entries & accounts voucher preparation.
Prepare staff’s personnel files and keep attendance record.
Research other companies and relevant industries to compare and measure own company’s performance guidelines.
Find new ways to cost control, increase efficiency and improve sales.
Collect, review and analyze data pertaining to business operation, find
loopholes and come up with possible solutions to the management.
Maintain multiple Bank Book entries and reconciliation of Bank Books.
Prepare Trial Balance.
Project Supplier & Sub-con payable calculation.
Assist Chief Finance Manager as when required.
Monitoring Branch sales and reporting to C.F.O.
Communicating with Warehouse Manager about products and reporting in a timely manner.
Admin Duty
Other Duty –
Working knowledge on Import LC operation.
Working knowledge on Bank LTR facility & accounts adjusting entries.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Training/Trade Course: Tally,Quickbooks,ERP

Experience Requirements

At most 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Sales & Marketing

Additional Requirements

Age at most 60 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Minimum 2-year experience in Accounts Management.
Proficient in written Bangla & English Language.
A better understanding of Administration and Accounts.
Applicants must ensure punctuality and morality
Ability to work under pressure and with teamwork
Good communication skill and interpersonal skills
Knowledge about Accounting Software.
