Main Responsibilities:

Ensure conformance to specification and food safety protocol.
Ensure Inspection and testing of all incoming raw and packaging materials
Process monitoring
Ensue inspection and testing of finished goods
Documentation of all QA activities and reporting
Ensure GMP & Food Safety Standards
Ensure Environmental Compliance

Requirements:

B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology or Biological Science from any recognized university/institution.
3-5 years relevant experience in reputed FMCG/Similar Industry
Knowledge on Quality Assurance and food safety is required.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
Hardworking and able to work under pressure
