Description

• Monitor & manage ASM, supervisors & installers in specific region as decided by Management.
• Ensure, monitor & manage E2E installations of the specific region.
• Ensure installation service for direct & strategic sales outside Dhaka.
• Manage Customers complaints and solving them through the team.
• Ensure and maintain service stock management, delivery & logistics.
• Check & frequently audit the installations within the given time frame.
• Ensure the installation TAT within 72 hours after sales.
• Ensure service request of the specific region within 72 hours of arising the problems/issues.
• Coordinate sales team regarding distributor & installers, also monitor their regular activities for smooth operation.
• Audit & solve customer complaints within the TAT.
• Arrange online & offline training programs for supervisors & installers time to time regarding different topics.
• Analyze the CSAT score of specific region to do further improvement.
• Improve WFMS (Work force management system) process to provide better service to the customers.
• Do the regular field visits to analyze the real situation going on in the field.
• Analyze various data on the basis of collection time to time.
• Report and update the present status and improvement areas to the line managers time to time.
• Manage software & applications to maintain installation database operation.
• Maintain liaison with technology & E2E team for any difficulty faced, upgradation & modification of process & policies.
• Implement different campaigns which are designed for customers time to time.
• Analyze, summarize & report customer opinion/feedback of the specific region time to time.
• Manage performance of ASMs, supervisors & installers of the specific region time to time.
