Description

Manage company automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
Implementation of business intelligence tools and processes and develop analytic Dashboards/ Visual reports.
Gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, finding out clients’ business needs.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Assist with the review of end-user documentation and training materials. Conduct end-user training as a trainer.
User Administration of CRM & other systems to be implemented.
Coordinate with Central BPM team for ERP, CRM & other Operational support.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with an ability to build strong working relationships across levels and departments.
Capability and eagerness to think outside the box for implementing automation with Industry 4.0.
Very strong issue tracking and issue management skills as the SPOC for CRM, Planning and Maintenance Module (eAM) support.

Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. in CSE or Bachelors in MIS with MBA would be given preference.
Professional certification in SCM/ Sales & Marketing is a plus point.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Ceramic Industry, FMCG
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tiles/Ceramic

Additional Requirements

Age at least 32 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Minimum 8 years of work experience in Techno-Functional category.
Minimum 3-4 years of hands on experience in operation of consumer goods using digital technologies and tools in SQL/CRM/ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
Very strong understanding of marketing & sales operations and Customer Relationship Management concepts.
Good understanding of digital tools & technologies in the context of Marketing, Sales & CRM.
Advance data analytics and computing skills would be an advantage.
Time-management, organizational and planning skills.
Strong written/verbal communication, relationship management skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent presentation skills.
