Description

Look after the FM/ MPOs activities as well as regional improvement
Responsibility includes motivating, leading and directing total regional team members and able to achieve company set objectives including sales and prescriptions target.
Motivate the team with a vision of the company objectives and inspire team members and facilitate problem solving and collaboration with others.
Visit targeted number of customers and maintain customer relations and analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
Monitor regional sales team regarding team building, prescription target achievement, promotional activities & sales achievement.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill,Leadership and interpersonal skills,Planning and monitoring,Sales promotion,team work
