Description

Create and maintain good relationships with clients, vendors/suppliers both internal & external.
Assist to review the procurement requisition from different stakeholders and analyze potential vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends. Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Assist timely procurement of product & services as per requisition and ensure products arrived in good condition within delivery lead time.
Maintain departmental MIS of Procurement and streamline documentation process.
Ensure compliance and control for procurement & payment process by following procurement policy.
Maintain and update vendors enlistment database and assist to review for yearly enlisting/delisting process..
Ensure timely payment to vendors/suppliers in coordination with Payment Team (Finance & Accounts) by following procurement policy.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)
