Prepare Schedule with Machinery List on the basis of Pre-inspection report.
Prepare Addendum & Endorsement on the basis of Pre-inspection report.
Prepare IAR Cover Note/Policy and Package Premium Rate.
Prepare Addendum, Endorsement, and Premium Quotation & Bill.
Specially typing speed at least 20-30 words per minute (Both Bangla and English).
Secretarial Functions (Letter writing, File Management, Invoice, Proposal, Office Tasks etc.)
Computer Fundamentals, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PDF, Power Point Presentation).
Documentation, Data Entry, File Scanning, Data Mining, Data Managing on system (Excel and Word).
IT Knowledge (Printer, Scanner, Computer problem solve and good knowledge about email.
Any other task assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s in any discipline from reputed educational institutions

Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)
