Effective communication with dealers/ farmers.
Searching new dealers and developing relationship with existing dealers.
Implementing new sales plans and promotional activities.
Analyze sales trends and annual sales forecast.
Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing sales.
Achieving monthly sales target.
Regular market visit and market opportunity assessment.
Evaluating competitor’s activities and product performance.
Prepare various reports.
Any other assignment given by the management/superior.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements

5 to 8 year(s)

Sales & Marketing

Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

Age 28 to 36 years
