Description

• Purchase of raw materials for all concerns
• Arranging the best price quotations for require raw materials
• Sourcing best vendors through efficient negotiation
• Enlistment of vendors with proper documents as required by company policy.
• Maintaining relationship with existing vendors
• Ensuring the quality of the raw materials
• Scheduling of purchase order and ensuring of on-time arrival
• Preparing and reviewing purchase order and claims and contracts.
• Reviewing the purchase order through accuracy and verifying the product information for planning order
• Maintaining records of goods ordered and received
• Processing bills for vendors
• Instructing and coordinating activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling and distributing material, equipment and machinery.
• Taking required approval from the proper authority for the payment of vendor bill in accordance with the company purchase policy.
• Ensuring proper execution of company purchase policy
• Other tasks as and when require by Management/ MD
• Process all requisition, purchase order, GRN through ERP system.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in any discipline from any recognized university
• Having computer knowledge on Excel, MS Word, email.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years

Additional Requirements:

• Age at most 32 years
• Previous experience in procurement and logistics roles, a good understanding of purchasing systems and basic finance, plus a good understanding of ERP systems preferred.
