Description

Communicate & visit with merchandiser (buying house & factory) or responsible person.
Responsible for sample collection & monitor sample development.
Due time Provide sample to the buyer as per requirement.
Try to get approval & Provide price quotation, negotiate the price, ensure the orders & negotiate delivery lead time.
Responsible for order receive, Artwork creating & approval receiving from customer.
Responsible order sheet prepare, PI submit to the buyer for open the L/C. & Collect L/C.
Responsible for Manufacture Order (MO) making & Coordination with production department to ensure high quality product & on time delivery to buyer.
Responsible for Submit documents & Collect the party acceptance document.
Ensure on time delivery confirmation & Delivery challan make.
Responsible for preparing documentation on weekly order report, delivery status, payment status, samples details for easy tracking.
Time to time report to buyer and higher authority.

Educational Qualification

BBA/ MBA/ Honor’s/ Master’s in any discipline

Additional Requirements

Only females are allowed to apply
Freshers are highly encourages to apply.
Strong Interpersonal & communications Skills.
Good presentation skills.
Strong Computer knowledge specially on MS Office, Photoshop & Illustrator.
