Pre Audit Activities as below:
Factory, Depot, Field Force & Branch (Where Applicable).
Salary & Allowance.
Final Settlement with PF.
TA/DA & Sales Incentive.
Any Bills/ Doc. which required pre-audit.
Checking Branding Bills (Bill Board, Shop sign, Exclusive Shop Interior).
Conducted Physical Verification of Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets.
Operation Audit & Physical Inventory count at Depot.
Periodic-Audit Activities as below:
Conducted Physical Verification of Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets.
Operation Audit & Physical Inventory count at Depot.
Checking of Bank Reconciliation Statement of All Concern.
Construction Bill Checking.
Verification of receipt payment statement
Attend the wastage sales process.
Supervisory/ People Management responsibilities:
Risk analysis and process review on significant areas.
Making plan for market visit for rate verification, outstanding balance confirmation, FF existing verification.
First communication with the auditee.
Follow up on previous audit reports as per observation.
Any other relevant duties assigned by the concerned head.

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduation in Accounting/ Management from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Audit, factory audit, Internal Audit, Inventory Audit
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

Only males are allowed to apply
Candidates must have the mentality to work in the factory on the basis of rostering assigned by the departmental head.
Adequate knowledge in IAS/IFRS,Tax, VAT, Company Act
Smooth in TALLY Software operation, Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.)
Strong analytical abilities, leadership skills & passion for growth.
Proactive, innovative, energetic, hardworking, dedicated and target oriented.
Ability to work with cross-functional team.
