Position: Regional Coordinator

Reporting: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

This position shall work closely with the Sales Operations team to generate regular sales reports with analysis, maintain daily FSF attendance, and update indent & distributor payment. He will manage inventory reports with code and organize regional meetings. He will also be supporting logistic management & facilitating bill settlement and responsible for trade program updates, activation project updates, preparing & reconciling regional budget and petty cash, supporting ASM for compilation at the area level, and providing customized reports (need basis). His other responsibilities will be to share KPI updates on a regional scale, share UBO and non-buying outlet status, brand-wise sales tracking & ranking, and collaboration with the sales support team.

What Will You Do:

• Reporting and Admin: He will do the sales report with analysis, circulate FSF daily attendance & Indent and distributor payment update, and Inventory report with code. He will organize scheduled meetings for the region & support logistics management

• Sales Analysis and Program Updates: He will provide sales performance updates daily and brand-wise distribution performance updates and relevant reports to ASMs & TSEs to monitor performance effectively. Trade program update & Activation project update. He will prepare and reconcile regional budget and petty cash, support ASM for compilation at the area level and provide customized reports (need basis)
• KPI Monitoring: He shares KPI updates on a regional scale, UBO, and Non-buying outlet status. He will circulate brand-wise sales Tracking & Ranking and collaborate with the sales support team
• Regional Team Support: He will support Regional Team`s monthly bill settlement in coordination with the sales support team

We Expect from You:

• Bachelor’s degree completion from a reputed university
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in any organization preferably in Data Management
• Good knowledge about sales functions and report analysis
• Basic English written and spoken; Knowledgeable in operating MS applications
• Data Management, Data Analysis, IT knowledge, Data Presentation, Reconciliation, and Consolidation
