Description

Work closely with UI/UX, User Research, other Product Teams, Engineering Teams, Marketing, and Business Teams to define and detail out product requirements.
Analyze voice of the customer to identify pain-points and value addition areas for minimum viable and lovable product launch and future iterations.
Transform user pain points and opportunities into ready user stories and communicate requirements to the development team in a proper manner.
Facilitate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, story refinements, sprint planning, and team retrospectives; ensure the team has a clear understanding of priorities and next steps
Assist product lead in preparing the strategic plan and facilitate roadmap preparation
Monitor performance of live products after identifying key metrics and success factors.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE, IIT, CSE

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Data Analysis, Management, MS Office, Product Management, Scrum, Strong analytical ability
