Description

S/he will be responsible for ensuring all financial transactions are documented and recorded according to generally accepted accounting standards. Complete the day-to-day financial transition and keep all necessary documents.
S/he will be ensured that accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Payroll (including the payment of taxes and filing of tax reports) are accurately processed in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
S/he will be responsible for ensuring that accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Payroll (including the payment of taxes and filing of tax reports) are accurately processed in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
S/he will be preparing the accounting information and financial reports required by BNM and CON and various outside agencies (including local audit and government requirements) with the approval of the District Superintendent and Finance manager.
S/he will be ensured compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data
S/he will work with the Finance Planning team to provide financial information for the annual planning and budgeting process.
S/he will be in charge of ensuring that accounts field office related activities are entered into Tally software on time.
S/he will be responsible for supporting all administrative work for the district office.
S/he will be managing office supply stock and placing orders and organizing a filing system for important and confidential organization documents.

Educational Qualification:

Master in Finance, Accounting, and Finance with relevant subjects from any recognized institute.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 45 years
Both males and females are allowed to apply
Experience with NGOs in the previous 3-5 years is highly preferred.
It requires knowledge of using accounting software like Tally..
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Bangla and in English.
Ability to work with Matrix management leadership.
Good knowledge and understanding of government functions.
Good communication and negotiation skills required
