Description

To manage our continuous growth, we are now looking for some Young, Educated, Disciplined, Honest, Sincere, Hard Working, Willing to Learn, Team Player and Proactive Professionals to fill up below positions –

Position: Sr. Merchandiser / Merchandiser (Denim)

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years for Sr. Merchandiser
and 3-5 years for Merchandiser.
Capable to manage foreign buyers & factories independently.
Sound knowledge about fabric, trims, accessories, print, embroidery etc.
Having costing knowledge and consumptions.
Establish, monitor and follow-up critical path / time & action plan management to ensure timely shipment.
Those who have experience working with UK / European clients in a buying office will be given preference.
Should have strong souring capability of Factory/ Fabric/ Trims independently.
Have to be a good Team Player & Leadership quality to lead the team.
Experience in Business Development and Sourcing.
Manage and Grow Business with existing clients.
Capable to develop new Business, Client as well as Product.
Costing knowledge of Denim.
Provide technical support to our product development and production team.
Ensure all aspects of technical pre-production work especially to maintain fit integrity of approval sample and continuity of product quality throughout bulk production are implemented.

Position: Sr. Quality Controller / Quality Controller (Denim)

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years for Sr. Quality Controller
and 3-5 years for Quality Controller in Denim
in Reputed Buying Offices for leading European Brands.
Interpret and ensure samples against Product Specification / Technical File.
Follow Quality Control steps from Sample Development till Final Production.
Provide Technical support to the Merchandisers, Factories and Clients.
Conduct PP Meeting, In-Line and Final Inspection independently.
Capable to communicate with foreign buyers independently to solve any production & sampling related issue.
Make sure the quality standard as per the buyer-wise requirement.
Conduct in line, Pre – Final and Final Inspection of goods according to AQL.
Have Enough Knowledge of Product Safety issue.
Cross-check the product with the production order sheet & confirm the required quality.
Attend PP Meeting.
Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Common Requirements for all the above Positions

Minimum Graduate.
Age limit: 35 years.
Communication skill especially in English both speaking and writing.
Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation.
