Description

Conducting research to develop products that will benefit a company’s future operations.
Create formulas to calculate the amount of raw materials needed for product manufacturing.
Conducting mechanical, chemical and other tests at laboratory based on standard parameter.
Laboratory tests are carried out on material samples taken from production to assess their quality.
Ensure Macro & Micro analysis of both raw materials and finished products.
Ensure quality of finished product by meeting standard such as ASTM, BS, BIS, ISO, JIS, BDS etc.
Participate and demonstrate the quality process of the products at various government and private organizations.
Ensure Process control & conduct all quality parameters checking as per quality plan,
Conducting mechanical, chemical and other tests at laboratory based on standard parameter,
Adherence to submission of campaign wise statistical analysis report for finished products,
Ensure Macro & Micro analysis of both raw materials and finished products,
Ensure Spectrometer Operation (hardware, software & maintenance) & necessary testing procedure as per standard,
Ensure quality of finished product by meeting standard such ASTM, BS, BIS, ISO, JIS, etc.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum B. Sc in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from any recognized university. Preference will be given to graduates from BUET or CUET.

Additional Requirements

5-7 years of practical experience in any steel factory is required.
