Job Purpose:
The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management/supervision and strategic planning for growth of Inward Remittance business of the Bank and partner relationship with remittance houses in abroad. This role also involves working with internal teams and branch to ensure a coordinated approach to grow inward remittance business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, manage and promote cordial relationships with Exchange Houses / Money Transfer Operators;
• Liaise with renowned international Exchange Houses / Money Transfer Operators; and enter into agreement to develop a sound business network;
• Identify and open new corridors / countries for inward remittances;
• Develop and manage overall marketing strategy for remittance business at the bank;
• Promoting and accomplishing volume of inward remittances and targeted transactions;
• Facilitating foreign remittances into the country through the banking channel by driving business campaign among migrant groups residing particularly in Middle East.
• Ensure Remittance SOPs, Anti-Money Laundering Prevention policy and regulatory compliance/practices are being met in the course of operations;
• Building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers and expatriates to ensure the achievement of its strategic objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Should have Post-Graduation degree from a reputed University having no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in academic career;
• Should have 10 years of experience in banking sector with minimum 7 years’ experience in the related filed;
• Strong marketing and sales skills;
• Strong understanding of various remittance market;
• Ability to drive business and deliver results;
• Very good command of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Age within 45 years as on 08.01.2023 but may be relaxed for extremely deserving candidate.
