Description

Lead the Company as well as direct and administer operational activities of IBSL in accordance with policies, rules and objectives.
Design strategies, policies and implement the business plan to achieve targets of the company.
In depth knowledge in Portfolio & Issue Management, Stock market analysis and investments to ensure significant growth of IBSL.
Leadership to build and drive a cross functional result-oriented team.
Ensure that the Business operations smoothly in compliance with the regulations of regulatory bodies, such as Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC), Stock Exchanges, CDBL, RJSC etc.
Any other responsibilities given by the Board of Directors of the company from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

MBA/Masters in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Management, Statistics Economics having no 3rd class/division in academic record.
Candidates having qualified CA/CMA/CFA/CS will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age at least 45 years
Minimum 15 years of working experiences in related filed and at least 3 years of experience in similar position in a capital market related organization.
