Description

• Assist Cutting head to collect size breakdown, trim card, pattern and sample;
• Assist Cutting head to pre plan for size set/ Pilot run cutting and make size ratio for marker;
• Ensure the daily cutting target as per plan;
• Ensure plan efficiency been achieved;
• Ensure fabric utilization been achieved;
• Ensure no short cutting and achieved minimum cutting requirement;
• Shipment schedule to be checked in accordance with the input;
• Monitor cutting production and ensure minimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section;
• Follow compliance activities in cutting section to ensure zero NC;
• Keeping records ready always of shrinkage & shade report, daily basis cutting & input plan report, fabric requirement report, swatch card & Style wise cutting consumption report;
• Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.
