Description

Responsible for monthly production schedule and implementation accordingly.
Monitor the manpower utilization, Raw material & equipment requirement for effectiveness & smooth operation. Establish & improve process capability.
Responsible for continuous process, minimize cost, and quality of production.
Responsible for all manufacturing process instruction (MPI)
Responsible for all machines, equipment & tooling being well maintained in operating condition.
Responsible for the overall plant operation safety, discipline & cleanliness of each work station.
Responsible to Control the Nonconforming Output detected in-process and finished products.
Responsible to maintain the Cylinder’s Traceability system in different production process.

Educational Qualification:

B. Sc Engineer (Mechanical) Preference will be given to the Candidates of BUET, RUET, KUET and CUET.
Experience Requirements:

3 to 8 years in relevant field
