Strategy and Business Performance:
Driving sales promotion, activities to achieve/exceed defined sales targets.
Drive a well thought-through, creative approach to satisfy customers, improve/ gain competitive advantage in market space.
Build sustainable and scalable Liability and Asset base for the organization.
Create and establish customer satisfaction and create Loyalty Index.
Coaching and on-job training for sustainable business performance.
Managing attrition of resources.
Operational Risk / Administration:
Comply security management and adhere with Administration as when required.
Support SM / Unit Head to ensure that all records are properly maintained for audit and ensure good ratings.
Regulatory Aspect:
Adhere and develop culture around regulatory framework and company’s internal policy.

Zero tolerance in reporting financials to Management.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in any Discipline.
BBA/MBA/MBS (Major in Marketing preferred).

Willingness to develop career in direct sales.
Good communication and presentation skills
Excellent negotiation and direct selling skills.
Direct Sales, Tele Marketing, Corporate Sales & Call Centre.
Direct Sales experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.
Should be good in written & spoken English
