Description

Check-In & Boarding
Taking care of VIP, CIP & Wheel Chair, and any other special needs of passengers.
Ensuring excellent customer services are extended to the customer
Taking care of the physically challenged
Monitoring mishandled baggage issues
Assisting customers depending on the situation
Taking care of the cargoes that are incoming and outgoing, working on overweight charges, and baggage reconciliation of flights.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed public/private university or Equivalent, with minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 and in SSC & HSC minimum CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00. Third division or equivalent result in any examination will not be accepted.

Additional Requirements

Age at most 26 years
Smokers need not to apply.
Height : Female- 160 CM (5′-3″) Minimum
Male-167 CM (5′-6″) Minimum
Weight : Should be proportionate to Height (BMI: 18.5-25.0).
No affidavit will be accepted.
Eyesight : 6/6, No color blind.
Spectacle not accepted.
Language Skill : Fluent in English & Bengali (both written & spoken)
Medical Fitness : Good physical health and medically fit to meet Customer Service requirements
Physical Appearance : Strong, upright; no visible tattoos or marks on the visible part of the body.
Attitude & Bearing : Must be very good looking, clean shaved(for male), alluring personality, impressive, decent and positive gesture.

Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Dhaka, Jashore, Rajshahi, Sylhet, Nilphamari (Saidpur)

Salary

Tk. 28000 – 35000 (Monthly)
After confirmation of service on completion of 06 (Six) months probation period: Tk. 28,000/- to Tk.35,000/-
