Description

Maintain store as per procedure.
Parts keeping in rack location wise.
Parts issuance to the customer in proper way.
Maintain updated store inventory
Stoke all goods as per store procedure
Maintain all store paper/document as per procedure
Calculate procurement lead time and place store requisition.
Maintain goods database.
Maintain resources/vendor/price list.
Ensure store time safely procedure.
Maintain goods/stock/in/out procedure with PIN Cord.
Keep records to maintain inventory control and to assure proper stock levels.
Oversees mail handling and courier service.
Compile the records of the supplies.
Checking the supplies from time to time
Ensuring the status of each supply.
Timely deliveries and checking of items
Maintain a clear filing system requisition forms and other documents.
Ensuring sufficient stocks inventory and initiate replacement when necessary
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Graduate from any subject

Experience Requirements

At least 2 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Store, Store keeper, Store/ inventory
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 30 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Having 2 years experience in the relevant field.
