Description

Able to execute overall factory operations
Assist Management for effective execution of factory functions
Responsible for the production and quality from raw material input and dispatch
Preparing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment’s and machineries
Involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes
Ensure that goods are produced efficiently with the right cost, ensure production is cost effective and level of quality
Supervise and maintain the production process, drawing up a production schedule. Work out the man and material resources needed and setting quality standards
Liaise among different departments e.g. suppliers, managers. Work with managements to implements the company’s policies and goals
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed. Supervise and motivate team of workers. Review worker performance

Educational Requirements

BSc in Engineering (EEE/Mechanical) from any recognized university/Diploma in Ceramics Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 05+ Years
Experience in Tiles Manufacturing company is preferred

Additional Requirements

Age 35-42 years
The Candidates must have practical working experience in Ceramics Tiles manufacturing Company
The Candidates must have verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
Should have computer knowledge
